We offer traditional Jewish deli products, but products are not certified Kosher.

All of our products are shipped frozen for freshness. Please allow time for defrosting of product before use.

How long does it take for my order to process? All orders received by 1pm CT, will process within the same business day.


Shipping Information

We go the extra mile and use the services of PeriShip for all our shipments. PeriShip is the leader in the management of overnight shipping of food perishable products. PeriShip exclusively uses FedEx. With PeriShip and FedEx, our products are sure to arrive in peak condition.

Shipping Policy

We ship perishable products on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only for 2nd Day delivery. We will ship on Thursday for Friday delivery via FedEx Overnight.

We require street addresses in the continental US (no PO Boxes).

The courier may leave package at the door if no one is at home. Recipients in apartment buildings should be home to sign for their package. Drivers may require a signature if they feel it is an unsafe location to leave a package.  Package delivery cannot be guaranteed if any address information provided to us is incorrect.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a shipping confirmation when we ship your product. The shipping confirmation will include a FedEx tracking number for your convenience.

How are perishable items packaged? We use high-quality insulated shipping boxes that are filled with ice packs. Our packaging can maintain quality and freshness for up to 48 hours in transit.

How can I make a change or cancel my order? If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please call us immediately at (630) 245-7595.

What happens if there is a delivery delay? We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:

  1. Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts of God"
  2. Incorrect addresses
  3. Unopened shipments (all boxes are clearly marked "Perishable")
  4. Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of perishables!
